Arbteeth Cutter Wheel (ACW) – Suits all Rayco RG-165 models

Comes ready to grind – Includes the wheel, all teeth, wear pads, and new mounting bolts.

23.5mm thick Australian Bisalloy 80 wheel, forged 8360 weld-in pockets, and forged 42CrMo wear pads.

Features unique wear pads that protect the side and leading edge of the cutter wheel for maximum life and durability.

Replaceable Wear Pads
Uses four types of wear pads on the edge of the wheel – ACW24A, ACW24B, ACW24C and ACW24D. The 24A and 24B wear pads have a user-friendly locator pins that lines up with a small hole in the wheel to prevent incorrect placement. The wear pads are also reversible (can be swapped from the left side of the wheel to the right, and vice versa) to extend their life. The inner side of the wheel is fitted with 12 wiper wear pads (WP1 and WP2) to protect the sides of the wheel.

Only 12 lead teeth, 24 side teeth.
That’s all that’s needed. You will likely replace the lead teeth 2-3 times before needing to replace the side cutting teeth.

Stronger Teeth
Uses our range of aftermarket Sandvik-style teeth, which are widely available and commonly used in Red Roo and Carlton stump grinders. In our opinion, these are the strongest teeth available for commercial stump grinding.
